If you're here you have probably figured out that I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
I recently moved back to Nova Scotia after 10 years away and it feels so good to be home. I always wanted to raise my kids to be best friends with their cousins and now I'm wathing that dream come true.
I am a wife to an amazing man and Mommy to 3 beautiful little girls - Adeline (5), Ivy (3) and Emerly (almost 1).
We love the outdoors in any season and spend as much time as we can in the fresh air.
Don't get me wrong though, I have an very unhealthy addiction to Netflix. I'm currently binge watching Vampire Diaries which my husband likes to make fun of me for.
I love baking but I have yet to learn how to do so without making a ginormous mess. How did that chocolate get on the ceiling? Beats me. At least I have toddlers to share the blame.
Here are 5 random facts about me:
1. I got my pilots license when I was 16 years old and called a Mayday (an international distress call) before my 17th birthday.
2. I was the stunt double for a young girl murdered in a Tom Selleck movie.
3. I have lived in 3 provinces and been to over 20 countries.
4. I am currently studying French and would love my kids to be bilingual - the eldest just started french immersion.
5. Photography wasn't always the plan, in fact, I have a Masters in Infrastructure Protection and International Security. Yup, extremely relatable ....
My other passion is travel. If I could survive by travelling the world and taking pictures, my life would be complete (if you have a destination wedding and you are looking for a photographer, you might be my new best friend).
